This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to take over the running of the entire kitchen as well as building our growing culinary reputation. The Head Chef will be responsible for creating dishes from the set menu ensuring that GP targets are achieved. HEAD CHEF SKILLS AND OBJECTIVES:
Kitchen organisation and day to day management
Budgeting and achieving set GP targets
Ordering and stock management
Hands on as required
Due diligence to health & safety
THE IDEAL HEAD CHEF
Established Sous Chef or a Head Chef in a recognised restaurant, bistro or brasserie
Excellent management and organizational skills
Be fully hands on and flexible in the workplace
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Works well under pressure
Good attention to detail
