Appetite! Gourmet Cuisine, is catering a wedding today at one of Hampshire's most unique venue's the Tithe Barn.

Vicky Mansfield's life is a blur of recipes and fine ingredients in the scorching heat of a working kitchen as she makes sure every detail of the food she prepares for her clients cannot be faulted. And she wouldn't have it any other way. More so since she so very nearly had it snatched away entirely.

The 26-year-old has been running her own firm Appetite! Gourmet Cuisine for 18 months from her kitchens in Hamble, providing mouthwatering dishes to corporate and private clients the length and breath of the south.

And there is little outward sign of the near fatal car crash just over three years ago left her with a severely fractured skull and broken collarbone – and no memory of the training and guidance she had received under the likes of top chef Rick Stein in Padstow.

This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to take over the running of the entire kitchen as well as building our growing culinary reputation. The Head Chef will be responsible for creating dishes from the set menu ensuring that GP targets are achieved. As the Head Chef you will be required to train the kitchen staff, organise rotas and carry out stock management duties. The Head Chef that takes this role will be offered a

Vicky and Appetite are looking forward to the Cowes week event starting on the 6th of August Vicky say’s “Cowes week is one of my favourite times of the year this year is going to be a great week, im looking forward to catering on yacht again as sailing is a great passion of mine. This year we are supplying gourmet hampers to many boats that will be taking part in the historic racing activities in the Solent”
